In the afternoon of July 13, 2017 in Tokyo, the meeting was held between Dr. Mochamad Basuki Hadimuljono, Minister of Public Works and Housing, the Republic of Indonesia and Mr. Kenyu Komura, President of Incorporated Administrative Agency Japan Water Agency (=JWA) Dr. Basuki is now staying in Tokyo for four days to attend the award presentation ceremony for International Lifetime Contribution Award of 2016 from Japan Society of Civil Engineers.

Voice of Asian Water Management Practitioners

We, the Network of Asian River Basin Organizations (NARBO) members, held the 6th NARBO General Meeting in Jakarta, Indonesia form February 22 to 24, 2017. We herein summarized the outcome of the meeting as "Voice of Asian Water Management Practitioners" (hereinafter referred to as "the Voice"). This will be one of the specified directions based on the Manila Declaration of 10-year Anniversary Meeting of NARBO on November 20, 2014, and will be to guide the members for materializing sustainable water management in Asia. From now on, we will promote the Voice for deepening discussions about water management improvement.
