It is my great pleasure to be one of secretariat staff of NARBO, which plays important roles in the promotion of integrated water resources management. I have long waited for such an opportunity to join NARBO activities. Making the most of my experiences gotten in South East Asia and Japan, I think I will be able to contribute to basin organizations in monsoon area in Asia. I sincerely hope I will get close relationship with those who are involved in NARBO and accelerate our activity together with all of you. Thank you.
