2. NARBO side event
The meeting started at 7 o'clock PM after finishing all sessions of the third day of the forum. After opening remarks by Dr.Baski, Dr.Oomachi gave us a special lecture titled " Water Rights and Duties for Rational Water Use". After that, NARBO secretariat reported on NARBO activities including the announcement about The NARBO 3rd training course by KOWACO in Korea and Thematic Workshop on Water Allocation and Water Rights in Viet Nam. And then, three presenters reported on each organization. Finally, Dr.Tenakon, vice chairperson of NARBO, closed the meeting with remarks. In spite of late time, many participants joined the meeting, and we could make a fruitful exchange information among NARBO members with homey atmosphere.
