NARBO Secretariat visits Pakistan Meteorological Department（PMD）and other water-related organization in Pakistan from 24 to 28 February 2020.
PMD is the sole government agency responsible for meteorological operations in Pakistan.
As of 2013, PMD has a total staff of approximately 2,520, and its headquarters is located in Islamabad.
PMD staff stated that ensuring the reliability of radar information is important for flood forecasting models.
