What’s the Twinning Program?

Twinning Program is one of the important activities of NARBO as mentioned at charter of NARBO, which means the promotion of sharing of information and understanding between concluded members of NARBO. In this program, through exchange of staffs and annually meeting, i.e. sharing information concluded both parties facilitate to resolve problems as well as contribute toward the improvement of Asian IWRM. Hence, this is the concrete action to open the door to new phase of international collaboration. We, NARBO, regard the action at the scientific & engineering point of view.
“NARBO has a slightly different flavor.”
